The Three Underlying Principles

The three fundamental principles of illumination, diffusion, and circulation form the basis of the invention. However, achieving a simultaneous and optimally coupled solution is not trivial. There are unique challenges associated with each of the three components.

The specific configuration of the reaction chamber will be determined by optimizing critical bioengineering parameters by first simulating and then testing biomedical design tradeoffs.

Some of the challenges related to each of these three principles can be found on the following subpages.
